COVID Case at Dillsburg Elementary School 4.21.21
The District has been notified of a case of COVID-19 at Dillsburg Elementary School involving a student last in the building on April 19. This is the first case for Dillsburg Elementary within the current rolling 14-day period.
Should Dillsburg Elementary end up with two or more cases within the rolling 14-day period, the District must close the building for face-to-face activities. Otherwise, per the revised recommendations of PDE’s closure orders, after Dillsburg Elementary takes action in accordance with the guidelines of the PA Department of Health and the protocols established in the District’s Health and Safety Plan—including contact tracing, quarantining individuals that were in close contact, and appropriate cleaning and disinfecting of affected areas—its case count will reset to zero after the weekend.
