Dillsburg Elementary 1st Grade Honors Mother’s Day

Students in Mrs. Michele Brymesser's first grade class at Dillsburg Elementary School have been busy making heartfelt gifts and writing stories for Mother's Day. Some of the stories follow below. Mothers, read all about what your first grader has to say about you!

 

Karis Boes: My mom has lightish-darkish hair and greenish-blueish eyes. My mom likes hugs. She doesn't like me getting into mischief. My mom is good at baking. She is not good at drawing. My mom loves me because I love her.

 

Parker Leitzel: My mom has dirty blonde hair and green eyes. My mom likes her kids. She doesn't like snakes and bugs. My mom is good at jogging. She is not good at playing soccer. My mom loves me because I give her hugs.

 

Harper Rehman: My mom has brown hair and hazel eyes. My mom likes black. She doesn't like cleaning up. My mom is good at baking. She is not good at cleaning my desk. My mom loves me because I try my best.

 

Hayden Travers: My mom has brown hair and blue eyes. My mom likes me. She doesn't like it when I don't help her. My mom is good at driving cars. She is not good at doing front flips. My mom loves me because I'm her son.

 

Ryder Yost: My mom has brown hair and blue eyes. My mom likes her job. She doesn't like bathroom talk. My mom is good at her job. She is not good at running. My mom loves me because I make her proud.
