The
Northern York County School District provides a program for each student whose dominant language is not English. The goal of the program is to provide support and intensive instruction in English and American culture to identified LEP (limited English proficient) students and ELL (English language learners) which will enable them to become successful in the regular classroom, the school environment, and the community.
