Annual Notices/Publication of Rules, Regulations, and Policies (24 PS 5-510.2)

In accordance with Article V Section 510.2 of the Pennsylvania School Code, the Northern York County School district posts specific rules, regulations, and policies on its publicly accessible Internet website.  Please scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the annual notification document. In addition, the district is required to notify the school community of other specific policies. A list of these policy postings and notifications can be found by clicking here.
