Student Withdrawal

When withdrawing your student(s) please make sure that you fill out and sign the attached form for your student's home building. The form needs to be returned in person to your student's home building before the student's last day in attendance.

Please keep in mind that all textbooks, computers (including chargers), musical instruments, and library books, must be turned in prior to withdrawal. In addition, any outstanding cafeteria balances must be satisfied prior to the last day in attendance.
