Attention Parents/Family Members:
Northern York County School District has transitioned to a new student information system called Sapphire. The new system provides both student and parent/family access to important information through the Sapphire Community Portal.
What is Sapphire Community Portal?
Sapphire is NYCSD's central online portal for attendance, grades, discipline, student demographic information, and health information. Parents/guardians and students can log into the Community Web Portal to view grades, attendance and schedules in real-time. Assignment grades will be provided for students in Grades 3-12 only.
How does a parent/guardian get access to their child's/children's portal information?

An active email account is necessary to complete this process. A username, password, and PIN number is required to login to the system. Directions are provided on how to complete the application to assign a PIN number. You create your own username and password. Please keep this information secure as it will provide access to confidential information about your child.
