Right to Know Request
In accordance with the requirements of the Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101 et seq., the Northern York County School District has adopted Policy 801 - Public Records Policy. That policy requires the Board of School Directors to appoint an Open Records Officer. At the August 24, 2017 meeting of the Board of School Directors, Mr. Matthew LaBuda, Assistant to the Superintendent for Administrative Services, was appointed as the Open Records Officer for the Northern York County School District.
Legal residents of the United States may request to inspect or obtain copies of records of the School District. Requests must be directed to the Open Records Officer. You can download the Right to Know request form by clicking here, filling out the appropriate fields, and emailing it to mlabuda@northernyork.org.
If you prefer you can print out the form and submit it
1. In person: At the district administrative offices 650 S. Baltimore Street. Dillsburg, PA 17019 on any business day during the regular business hours.
2. By regular mail: Sent to the attention of the Open Records Officer at the district administrative offices at 650 S. Baltimore Street. Dillsburg, PA 17019
3. By facsimile: Sent to the attention of the Open Records Officer at the following facsimile number 717-432-1421. A written request sent via facsimile will not be considered submitted until a complete and legible copy of the facsimile is received by the Open Records Officer.
