P.E. WORKSHEET (PDF )
This worksheet serves many purposes! It is used for a student who wishes to make up an absence (ONE absence per marking period). It is also used for those students who physically can't take P.E. due to a medical excuse from a physician. If and when a student can not PHYSICALLY take class, they can earn credit for their class by doing written work. See your teacher for more details, but feel free to download a copy and get to work, if need be!
