I would like to encourage all students to stay focused on their academics for the third quarter. Statistically, grades drop and frustration rises during the third marking period. It is important to put forth extra effort to avoid the trends. Parents, please encourage your students regularly and help keep them accountable.

 Our honors and academic students will begin the third quarter with the Roaring Twenties. The focus will be on the social, cultural, and political changes of the era. In AP, we will be picking up the pace in order to include all information covered on the AP test. We will be moving into the 20th Century as the third marking period progresses.
