Elementary Students Raise $1,800 for “Catie’s Wish”
Northern Superintendent Dr. Linda Lemmon presents a check to Christine O’Brien, co-founder of Catie’s Wish Foundation and mother to Catie O’Brien, who died of a rare form of brain cancer at age 7 last January. Dillsburg Elementary students collected donations from friends and family over the past month to participate in the February 16th event. Funds raised benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Dillsburg Elementary students enjoy a special lunch with Superintendent Dr. Linda Lemmon to celebrate a successful fund raising effort to benefit Catie's Wish Foundation on February 16th.
